It’s been a little over a year since I first started this blog and I feel like I’ve come quite a long way.
While I can’t say that I’ve reached the body composition goals that I set for myself, I can say that I’ve definitely learned a lot.
I intend to continue with more self experiments in 2014. I know that some of these experiments will work and some will fail and some will simply be inconclusive.
