Day 53 – Nutritional Ketosis

Posted on February 2, 2013October 10, 2014 by BJJ Caveman

Weight: 179.6
AM Ketones: 0.6
AM Blood Glucose: 81
Hours of Sleep: 6:45
Energy Level: Good
Physical Activity: None
Nutritional Ketosis Streak: 27 days

Still hanging in there.  Spent all day traveling back from Indianapolis.  Learned a lot of interesting things about my body and certain asymmetries that I’ll have to dedicate a separate post on.  Also have a good thought for another concurrent n=1 experiment using what I learned in Indy.

Lost my food data today too… for some reason being on the road screwed it all up.  I had a bit more carbs today… few bites of dessert and some sweet potato.  Overall carb intake should hopefully be less than 50 grams, but not exactly sure.  Should be easier to keep records now since I’m back home.

Since I had carbs and did relatively no physical activity today, I expect my ketones to be on the lower end.   Forecast 0.5 mmol.
