It’s been a while since I’ve written about anything John Kiefer related mainly because he’s largely retreated from public life. Carb Nite and Carb Back-loading remain unchanged in their 1.0 status with version 2.0’s supposedly always around the corner but never quite materializing. He occasionally sends out marketing e-mails whenever T3 Fuel and Carb Shock are back in stock but that’s about it. After picking up both Carb Nite and Carb Back-Loading I was added onto Kiefer’s e-mail list and was therefore privy to this most recent announcement about Carb Nite 2.0 that I wanted to share with you guys:

I was immediately curious about Kiefer’s thyroid supplement T3 Fuel ever since he announced it this past October. I’ve been dealing with an elevated Reverse T3 for the past couple years and have bounced around the spectrum to having a normal thyroid level to being subclinically hypothyroid.
