I first learned about Athletic Greens when I read the 4 Hour Body by Tim Ferriss.  I remember being so pumped after reading that book that I wanted to try everything he talked about, and one supplement that came up again and again was Athletic Greens.  Here are a few direct quotes from the book:

  • For people who have been following me for a while, you know that I work a graveyard shift, so trying to improve my sleep and minimize disruption to my circadian rhythm is something I’ve been trying to tinker with (hence the sleep trackers)… so when I came across this headline, my interest was piqued.

After I reached the 8 week mark of my Carb Back-Loading experiment, I planned to draw a series of blood tests to see where things stood compared to my most recent set of labs which were drawn after doing Carb Nite for 10 weeks.
