Interview with the BJJ Caveman on the Fat2FitHQ Podcast

fat2fithqInterview with the BJJ Caveman on the Fat2FitHQ Podcast

I was recently asked to be a guest on the Fat2FitHQ podcast (or if you want to listen to it directly on iTunes you can check it out here), which was a pleasant surprise since I had never been interviewed before… except for jobs of course.  I have to admit that I was a little nervous, especially since this podcast was at one point ranked #7 in the iTunes Outdoor category.

I’m glad I did it.  It was a fun experience and I had a blast.  The host, Carol Salva is amazingly cheerful and friendly and expresses limitless positivity, it’s infectious.   This is something that I’d definitely be up for again in the future.

One thing that’s weird is hearing my own voice on the internets… it’s always unsettling hearing how different my voice sounds to others compared to how it sounds in my head.

I’d definitely appreciate any comments or feedback you guys have.

“We’re sorry – You are not eligible to purchase this app due to geographical restrictions.”

Apparently us Aussies aren’t capable of understanding this kinda stuff. Is there a direct link to the MP3 or is that it?

BTW now you mention it I’m keen to brush up on my interviewy skills and off-the-cuff speakage, I have a bunch of stuff soon to be published and I think we’re on a similar path, if you wanna yakkity yak some time to practice lemme know.

Can you access the “stitcher radio” window in the right column here?

They also usually have the thingy to listen to the podcast at the top of their post… but it still says audio available March 24, so I’m not sure what’s going on.

If you can’t listen via stitcher, than I’ll try to download the podcast it self and post the file here.

      Keep me posted.

I hit play – and it seems to be talking all about handguns and how cool they are… Is this a GTA radio station???

Ohhh wait it’s playing now, yeah I don’t have to download something I’m not allowed to because of the part of the planet I’m on.

          Great!

I probably should have added that the podcast itself is part of the “Firearms Radio Network” primarily for firearm enthusiasts…

LOL! I seriously had to look outside to make sure I wasn’t running over hookers and searching for spaceship parts. :p

    Hello BJJ Caveman!

Thank you again for being a guest on the show. I am so stoked to have talked with you that day! It really changed a lot for me. I took your advice and did the whole 10 day induction for Carb Nite and well, that was the beginning of a different road for me! I found myself deep in ketosis heaven by day 7 or 8. That was super fantastic as I had never experienced that absence of hunger. And then I finally had to have a Carb Nite as recommended. Well, never got back into deep ketosis but I’m thinking it really doesn’t matter. I’m hearing Kiefer, Patel and now AJ say that it has more to do with your low insulin levels. Not so much if you made it into deep ketosis or not. Practically impossible when you have a Carb Nite every 7 days. So I’m very happy lately. Fit back into the jeans!! Jeans are loose!!
Thanks for being on the show. Need to get you back on. June if you’re up for it!

    Love your site!!
