20th day of consecutive nutritional ketosis. Pleasantly surprised to see that my ketones actually went up!
My diet was pretty good today until dinner. We had a family dinner at a nearby Chinese restaurant which pretty much screwed everything up. While I only ate broccoli and beef (again I had them hold the corn starch) and some lamb and green beans, as we’ve seen before, you can never be too sure what else they added.
Had an intense BJJ session today so hopefully that will offset my increased carbs. My best guess for what my ketones will be tomorrow is 1.1 mmol… because of the intense work out… I hope.
