19th consecutive day of nutritional ketosis. Wasn’t too far off with my guess last night, ketones went slightly higher. Today was also our last day in Hawaii.
Spent the morning surfing and now my body is pretty exhausted. I’ve essentially had 7 straight days of water sports which is more physical activity than I’m accustomed to.. but completely worth it.
My macros took a bit of a hit today since I ate quite a bit more carbs, up to 85 gms. The culprits were the spam musubi’s I ate… too good to pass up, especially on my last day here.
Since my carbs were so high my ketones will probably take a big hit tomorrow… hopefully the surfing will offset it by a little tomorrow. Optimistically I’ll guess my levels will be around 0.5 or 0.6 mmol, barely in nutritional ketosis range.
