Just like I could tell that my ketones would be low yesterday from my blood glucose reading, today I could tell that I’d have good ketone numbers after seeing a blood glucose of less than 80.
Ate breakfast and lunch at home so my macros look pretty good. Did well also when I ate out at a dinner party. My legs are a little sore from the basketball so I figured it’d be good to rest a bit.
I have no clue how to even guess what my ketones will be tomorrow, but since my carbs were pretty low today I expect that I’ll still be in nutritional ketosis, maybe in the range of 1.0-1.3 mmol.
