Another day where I forgot to check my blood sugar this morning. Being on vacation in a different location has really screwed up my normal routine.
Diet was another day of damage control. Trying to stay on board with a few thing sneaking back in. This will make my meeting with the ketone strips tomorrow very interesting.
Given my estimated carb intake over the past few days, I’m predicting my ketone levels to be around 0.2 mmol. Well short of the 0.5 mmol minimum needed to maintain nutritional ketosis.
Since our flight back tomorrow is in the evening the best I’ll be able to do in terms of measurements are an evening weight and evening ketones. Hopefully I’ll remember to take my AM blood sugars.. although in the end I thin these numbers are less important than the ketones.
