Was pretty meticulous about logging my diet today to make sure I didn’t go overboard with the calories.  All in all, I’d have to say it was as ideal of a diet is possible.

Total Calories: 1962
% From Fat: 77%
% From Protein: 20%
% From Carbs: 7%

I’ll be curious to see if this affects my ketones tomorrow morning.  I found that I got some hunger pangs a few hours after lunch, despite my lunch being 515 calories, with 70% coming from fat.  I might need to up the calories I have at lunch… or add in a fatty snack between lunch and dinner.

It’s still a little surprising to me that my appetite hasn’t gone away, especially after Jimmy Moore’s experience and what the Art of Low Carb books say.  Well I’m more than half way to the 30 day mark.

Keeping the food log is also a little tedious.  In the end its good because of the information it yields, but when I’ve tried this in the past, I’d always run into those situations where you eat something that’s too hard to be quantified, especially when eating in restaurants.
