Energy Level: Poor
Physical Activity: None

Was tired all day.  Slept later than intended last nite because we were out with some friends, and for no reason in particular, my body woke me up at my normal time.  Hence the short amount of sleep.  Felt sleepy the entire day and took a few small naps.

Good ketone levels.  I was a little worried because we ate out today at Din Tai Fung… a chinese food place famous for its juicy pork dumplings.  The outside of the dumpling is made of white flour.  I must’ve eaten something like 8-10 pieces, and I’m not sure how many grams of carbs that accounted for towards my goal of keeping my daily limit under 50 gm.

Still no scale available so my weight will remain a mystery.

Goal for tomorrow is to get more sleep!
